Stocks up on healthcare, McDonald’s upgrade

NEW YORK (Reuters) – U.S. stocks opened higher on Tuesday, led by gains in healthcare stocks and McDonald’s Corp (MCD.N), which was upgraded to an “outperform” rating by Credit Suisse.
